Flash Raw brings together DJ Flash, master of scratch, and Roberto Okabe, a chef who is a symbol of fusion cuisine in Italy. The concept brings music and cuisine together through two similar gestures: scratching and cutting, both expressions of precision, rhythm, and performance.

Sushi becomes a “culinary scratch”: signature dishes are served on vinyl records, transforming the record into a central scenic element.

At 10:00 PM the evening enters its live moment: a 7-minute performance in which scratches and knives synchronize until the final serving of sushi on a moving vinyl record.

Flash Raw It's not just a simple dinner event, but an immersive experience that blends music and cuisine in a performative way.

The visual direction is curated by Elena De Francesca, with a selection of authentic vintage Japanese kimonos that add character and texture to the space.
